Customization
A clear route from artwork to finished custom goods.
We align the product format, material, printing and finishing route around your brief before production.
Six details make the first quotation more useful.
A finished specification is not required. Start with what you already know and mark any open questions.
Product format
Air freshener, coaster, magnet, badge, acrylic item, greeting card, autograph card or puzzle card.
Artwork file
Share the design, logo or visual direction available for the project.
Size & shape
Provide target dimensions and whether the piece uses a standard or custom-cut shape.
Material
List a preferred material when known, or describe the intended look and hand feel.
Quantity
Provide the expected order quantity or the range being evaluated.
Delivery
Share the destination and any timing or packing requirements that affect the scope.
Confirm each decision before the next stage begins.
This sequence keeps artwork, material, sample approval, production and delivery connected to the same brief.
Requirement review
Check dimensions, process, quantity, artwork and budget conditions that shape production.
Proposal confirmation
Match the material and production route, then resolve avoidable process conflicts.
Physical sample
Confirm color, texture, workmanship and the agreed product standard.
Production
Manufacture against the approved file and confirmed processing requirements.
Quality and handoff
Inspect appearance and workmanship, remove nonconforming pieces, and pack for delivery.
The visual result depends on the combination, not one finish alone.
Paper, ink, coating and decorative processes can interact differently. Complex combinations should be sampled before the full run.
Base material
Coated paper, matte paper, duplex board, art card, black card, kraft paper and white board support different print, stiffness and tactile goals.
Protection & feel
Gloss film, matte film, soft-touch film, water-based varnish and UV varnish change sheen, protection and surface feel.
Decorative emphasis
Foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and dimensional UV can highlight selected parts of compatible artwork.
Start with the details you already have.
We can use the product type, artwork, dimensions, quantity and delivery destination to begin.
